These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of tailcart.us (the "Site") and any purchases made through the Site. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use this Site or place an order.

2. Products and Digital Materials

TailCart currently offers digital PDF products, including the Puppy First Week QuickStart Kit. Product descriptions, previews, screenshots, and images are provided to help explain what is included. We make reasonable efforts to display product information and prices accurately, but we may correct errors, update product information, and limit availability at our discretion.

The Puppy First Week QuickStart Kit is an organizational planning resource for personal household use. It is not veterinary, medical, emergency, safety, or professional training advice.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise noted. We may change prices at any time without notice. The price you pay is the price displayed at checkout.

4. Orders, Payment, and Digital Access

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order if payment is declined, fraud is suspected, product information is incorrect, or another operational issue prevents fulfillment.

Payment is processed at checkout through the payment method you select. After a completed purchase, access to the digital PDF is provided through TailCart's configured digital delivery flow.

Please keep your order confirmation and download/access details for future reference. If you have trouble accessing the file, contact support@tailcart.us using the email address from your order.

5. Digital Delivery / No Shipping

TailCart's current PDF products are delivered digitally. No physical product is shipped, and no carrier, tracking number, shipping address, or physical delivery window applies to the current Puppy First Week QuickStart Kit.

Digital delivery and access-help details are governed by our Digital Delivery & No Shipping Policy.

6. Refunds and Digital Access Help

Refund and access-help requests for TailCart's digital PDF products are governed by our Refund & Digital Access Help Policy.

7. Intellectual Property and Personal Use

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, digital PDFs, product previews, and design, is owned by TailCart or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

When you purchase or download a TailCart PDF, you may use it for personal household organization, including printing a copy for your own household use. You may not resell, repost, redistribute, upload publicly, sublicense, copy for commercial use, or claim the materials as your own without written permission from TailCart.

8. User Conduct

When using our Site, you agree not to:

  • use the Site for any illegal purpose;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems;
  • use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without written permission; or
  • upload or transmit viruses or malicious code.

9. Disclaimers

TailCart's digital materials are general organizational tools only. They are not veterinary, medical, emergency, safety, legal, or professional training advice. For health, behavior, safety, training, or emergency concerns involving a puppy or dog, contact a qualified veterinarian, trainer, behavior professional, or emergency service as appropriate.

The Site and digital materials are provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TailCart is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TailCart from any claim arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where TailCart is registered. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved through binding arbitration.
