Digital Delivery & No Shipping Policy

TailCart currently sells digital PDF products. No physical product is shipped for the Puppy First Week QuickStart Kit.

After checkout, customers receive access to the digital PDF through TailCart's configured digital delivery flow. Please save your order confirmation and download/access details for future reference.

Because this is a digital product, no carrier, tracking number, shipping address, or physical delivery window applies to the current PDF kit.

If you have trouble accessing the PDF after purchase, email support@tailcart.us using the email address from your order and include a brief description of the issue. TailCart will review the request and help restore access where possible.

TailCart currently serves the United States as its primary market. If TailCart later sells physical products or expands into products that require shipping, this policy should be updated before those products are offered for sale.
