Refund & Digital Access Help Policy

This policy applies to TailCart's current digital PDF product, the Puppy First Week QuickStart Kit. Because this product is delivered digitally, there is no physical item to return and no return shipping process.
Digital access help
If you paid for the PDF but cannot access, download, or open the file, email support@tailcart.us using the email address from your order. Include your order number if available and a short description of the issue. TailCart will review the issue and help restore access where possible.
TailCart aims to reply within 2 business days.
Duplicate or accidental purchases
If you believe you purchased the same digital PDF more than once by mistake, email support@tailcart.us with the order details so the issue can be reviewed.
Refund requests
Digital products cannot be returned like physical goods after access has been delivered. Refund requests may be reviewed case by case, especially for unresolved access problems, duplicate purchases, or order errors.
Please contact TailCart within 30 days of purchase for access-help or refund review requests.
Product boundaries
The Puppy First Week QuickStart Kit is an organizational PDF for puppy arrival planning. It is not veterinary, medical, emergency, safety, or professional training advice. For health, behavior, safety, or emergency concerns, contact a qualified professional.
What may not be covered
TailCart may decline requests involving suspected fraud, chargeback abuse, resale/redistribution, repeated abuse, or requests made outside the stated review window.
Refund timing
If a refund is approved, it is sent back to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may take several business days to post the credit.
